Dr. Hannah Korkow-Moradi
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor
If you are wanting individual counseling, there is no better place to gain an ear, insight and a little direction than from seeing a counselor. I recommend it to everyone. We are all in relationships, whether they be friendships, colleagues, parents and kids. If you want time for just you, that is a healthy choice, too.

Effective September 1, 2025, Texas implemented Texas House Bill 4224, a law designed to improve transparency and protect client rights in healthcare, including therapy services.
This law requires all licensed healthcare providers—including therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals—to clearly provide clients with important information about their rights and options.
What This Means for You as a Client
Under HB 4224, you have the right to easily access information on how to:
-
Request your health or therapy records
-
Contact the appropriate licensing or regulatory board
-
File a consumer complaint if needed
Providers are now required to post this information clearly on their website and at their office locations so it is easy for you to find and use.
Why This Matters
HB 4224 strengthens your ability to:
-
Understand your rights as a therapy client
-
Access your personal health information without confusion
-
Take action if you have concerns about your care
The law does not change your rights—it ensures those rights are clearly communicated and accessible.
Our Commitment
We are committed to full compliance with HB 4224 and to maintaining transparency, ethical care, and open communication. If you have questions about your records, your rights, or how to file a complaint, please contact us directly—we are here to help.
